Great stuff. Related to ginger. In my experience people who don’t like ginger also don’t like cardamom.
In Ayurvedic medicine it is seen as going well with dairy products; it helps the body digest them.

I always called it cardamon, but I looked it up and you’re no less right than me.
If you’re prepared to spell it my way it’s in the Breeze centre, next to the saffron.
