I have noticed that one thing I buy a lot of has a different price at different Carrefour locations. That product is San Pellegrino water which I buy by the case. Has anybody else noticed that different Carrefour stores have different prices at different locations?
The store in Tienmu is more expensive than the store in Neihu.
Don’t think that is a good strategy for big box stores. But then this is Taiwan, where they not only think outside of the box…there is no box.
Tienmu is richer, therefore San Pellegrino , which is “rich man’s water” is more saleable there and thus more expensive.
