Are there any good carrot cake options in Taipei?
The carrot cake at Heritage has been discussed in other threads.
Some claim that options in Kaohsiung are better.
But for those of us stuck in the capital, it will have to do.

It’s not Taipei, but I had a carrot cake cupcake from Shika’s treats at Saffafest that was amazing. She’s based in Hsinchu and ships cakes. Shika's Treats - Home | Facebook
