This is my first post on this forum. I am a Canadian born Chinese who is looking to study at the NTU’s CLD program for 9 months- 1 year starting from Summer 2016.
I have 0 knowledge on reading and writing. I speak Mandarin at home, but I switch to English here and there as my Chinese vocabulary range is very limited.
I was wondering if there is anyone that has studied at the NTU’s CLD program with similar circumstances as me? If so, what were your thoughts on the program? How much were you able to learn in this span of time?
Or in general, how was the CLD program?
Also, how do the locals usually view CBCs/ABCs? in Taipei?
