There seems to be alot of confusion on notorizing or certifying the CCRD before sending it to TECO.
Can anyone clarify if this needs to be notorized or is is more likely that it needs to be a “Certified True Copy”?
Can anyone who has done this in California tell me how you accomplished getting this CCRD ‘Notorized/certified’ in California??
A friend told me the Department of Justice in California will not 'notorize/certify.
Another question: How can all this be paid for from Taiwan?
