Is the phone bought in Taiwan? If so, is it still under warranty?

If you want a trustworthy establishment, Senao, is your best bet. If you want to go with a small shop that’s self owned, and risk having them break your phone even more, then you gotta look around. I suggest looking through Shi Da Night Market to start.
