Celly Review Websites?

I’m thinking of getting a new cell phone that takes pictures.

Can anyone recommend a (preferably English) website where you can compare two (or three or four) cell phone models side-by-side? Or a good site where they have all the Taiwan phones and reviews?

I use this: asia.cnet.com/reviews/handphones/

If you do a search of the phones, you can check mark the phones that look interesting and then click compare (for a side by side comparison). Seems to get the job done.
