Does anyone know about this certification of diploma thing? What exactly is involved? And more importantly … what exactly does this certification procedure indicate?
Some people have told me that the certification procedure does not actually involve making a determination of whether the diploma is valid or invalid !!! Is that true? As if to say that this certification procedure is merely some sort of “procedure” … ? Sounds wierd to me !!
Also, does anyone have a reference for this “certification” business under Taiwan law? I would like to have my girlfriend read what it says …
