Certified Used Cars?

Does anyone have any experience dealing with the “certified” used car dealers like SUM (isave.com.tw), etc that have popped up over the past few years? I also noticed Toyota and Ford have their own certified used cars for sale and would assume them to be the most legit.

Those dealerships are “certified dealerships”. Not the same as a certified used car from the manufacturer. They are basically just used car dealerships which have some agreement with the Taiwan government, supposedly giving them more credibility. Sulavaca over at Autocheckers explained it to me before.

The actual certified used cars will have manufacturer backed warranties.
