A generous supporter of AnimalsTaiwan just asked me about buying a chameleon as a gift for a 15-year-old boy, and I thought I’d ask here: is there any problem with buying chameleons here, vis-a-vis illegal wildlife trade, diseases, etc.?
There’s no problem that I know of. There are several stores that sell them and they are fairly cheap. Iguanas are also readily available here.
