Hi, currently I am studying mandarin in NTU, I’ve got a resident visa since February 2017 and my ARC will expire in August 2017. While I am studying mandarin, I applied for a different department for my masters degree in NTU. Fortunately, I have been accepted. So starting September 2017, the school for my masters will start.
My question is, since i will be changing my reasons for my resident visa (from studying mandarin to studying University), can I do the change of resident visa here in taiwan before my ARC expires?
