Changing status to white collar

Hello Guys.

Happy New Year to everyone.
Can Someone have idea on how to apply for white collar visa?
I came here as an engineer with blue collar status on my visa.
Been working here in Taiwan around 4 years already and my boss tell me to check if I can apply for white collar visa.

Any answers is much appreaciated.

As you can see there the key is obtaining a work permit (I’m assuming your employer has not obtained one for you yet). There’s info here on various categories. It may not be possible for all lines of work and you will need relevant experience from outside of Taiwan (your work experience here doesn’t count.)
