Wouldn’t the local public school nearest to where you plan to live be best?
Your child is automatically placed in the public school where your district is. As far as I know you just pay for books and stuff like that. Yes, foreign kids go to these schools.
Do you mean cheapest International or private school?

Hi! Wow that’s nice if my child can go in public school because I was worried they don’t accept kids who don’t speak mandarin (I read somewhere in facebook but don’t actually know if it’s true).
Sorry I don’t know about that. My daughter is half western, half Taiwanese but is bilingual (English and Mandarin). Some Mandarin proficiency is probably required.
