Watch this technique in the strongman competition. What do you guys think?

It depends on how the rule is written. However, I find it very hard to believe that it is in the spirit of the rule.

You should only be able to dribble with one hand. Double dribble isn’t allowed.

NBA Rule 4, Section II, A.

The dribble ends when the player:

  1. Touches the ball simultaneously with both hands.
  2. Permits the ball to come to rest while the player is in control of it.
  3. Touches the ball more than once while dribbling, before it touches the floor.

What competition you referring to?
