I haven’t seen any mention of this, but Chefs Waffle in Yonghe district is pretty popular with the locals.
There are long lines most every day at

No. 202, Ānlè Road, Yonghe District, New Taipei City, Taiwan 234 (near the Yongan MRT on the Nanshijiao line).

It is actually between Xiuan street, and Lane 198 Ānlè Road.

It opens at 3pm and close whenever the batter runs out (usually around 7pm).
The place is pretty small with only a few tables, but many people take it to go and eat at the park across the street.
The specialty waffles might suit the non-local sweet taste-buds as well, which is why I’m posting it here.

Just wanted to bump this topic to the top.

I walk by Chef’s waffle in YoungHe almost every day and whenever it’s open there is a line. Just wondering if anyone had tried their waffles yet?

I have had them several different tImes.
And I do recommend it if you are willing to wait in the line.
