Job Summary:
Chihlee Institute of Technology (CIT) is recruiting qualified contract-based English teachers (native speakers) to teach English conversation, English listening comprehension, English Presentation as well as other English-related courses. The teacher is required to teach 20 hours plus 20 office hours per week. In addition, the teacher is expected to help organize English activities held by CIT.

Qualifications:
Native speakers (with minimum Chinese language proficiency a plus). Master or Ph.D. degree in English, education-related, or business fields. Teaching experience preferred.
Evidence of ability to maintain positive and professional interpersonal relationships with students, faculty, staff, and administration.
Evidence of ability to work as a team member with a genuine spirit of cooperation and flexibility.

Compensation / Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract is renewable, and a year-end bonus is granted if job-related performance is evaluated as satisfactory.
