Has anyone gotten the subsidy where neither parent is Taiwanese? (i.e., just ARCs)
I was visiting childcare centers and one offered to help me apply for the subsidy. It’s not likely to come through, but I figure it’s worth a shot. But they’re asking me to give them a copy of our hukou. I have no idea what that is or where to get one… can foreigners get a hukou?
