maybe. funny thing is, it goes both ways. i never had skin issues in taiwan, now that i’m back in good ol’ europe, i’ll go through a tube of moisturizer in a week and my skin still feels dry…then again, i’m not coughing up that nasty slime i had regurlarly in taiwan anymore. idk where i belong:p
