Does anyone know what the English is for: “zhongguo xinwenshe”? I supposed it was “China News Agency”, but that seems to be “xinhua …”

Also, where can you find the English translation of these kinds of proper names in Chinese? Is there some site online that would help finding out how to say things like “World Bank” or “Reuters”?
