Chinese learning software for Linux

I’m lookng for any Chinese learning software that will run on linux. I’ve found one flashcard program located at:

The problem with it comes with less than 100 characters. One strength of the program is that it’s very light and easy to add words to. Any sort of database of words that is organized as: “中国”, “中國”, "zhōng gu

Is that the exact format? Because it would be possible to, given time, motivation, and the exact format, write a macro or something to convert CEDICT’s C-E dictionaries into the appropriate format.
