I am quite new here and I would like to study some Chinese, either at a school or university. I have been trying to teach myself but to no avail and I think it is about time I sought some professional assistance.
I am not that familiar with any institutions in Taipei so was wondering if any folks out there who are either studying or who have studied anywhere could offer me some advice on the best place to go, and the kind of effort they require.
I don’t need a visa or ARC or anything like that.
