One of the English newspapers ran this story last week. Headlined: ‘’[Immigration/Foreign Workers Rights] Activists brand ARC-checking app discriminatory’’

Does this mean neighbors can now use the APP on their foreign looking neighors like 1984 Big Brother Rules?
