Yes
They do run some nice flower shows there.
Avoid any place Taiwanese are likely to congregate around holidays or weekends. Few things are more miserable than thousands of people jammed in together taking pictures of themselves and then sending them to their friends while everyone around them is waiting for them to finish and get the f#ck out of the way.
