Clean cheap hotels

Does anyone know of a decent clean hotel near the Taipei train station or Guting area? Hopefully in the 1000 - 2000 price range per night.

I’ve stayed at the Chuan Chia Huam Hotel and Keyman’s Hotel, both of which are located near the train station on Huai Ning St. They were both reasonably clean. For more information, I refer you to this page:
