Company closure and residency

There’re rumours in my company that it might be closed around May next year (Lao-ban is not interested in doing this business anymore). My contract and ARC expires at the end of September. I want to know if I have to leave the country after the closure of the company, or I can stay legally till the expiration of my ARC?

[url= similar happened to me.[/url] It is risky. You had better start getting some other purpose for residence lined up (work, study or marriage). I would also advise you to go and seek advice from a labour rights NGO such as the Labour Rights Association and/or an immigration law firm, specifically ML McLean.
