Amazon sees me as billing address in Taiwan and shipping address in the USA. What about other contests and offers, curious?
My 2c from looking up residency for taxation purposes in Oz, wherever you spend more than 50% of your time is where you’re a resident. I’d be guessing you’re a Taiwanese resident. Whether Taiwan considers you to be one is another matter.
