Convering jpeg into bmp for free?

Can anyone suggest a free downloadable program so I can convert a bunch of jpegs into bmp FOR FREE? I just downloaded two and you have to pay for them otherwise it puts water marks all over the images. Thats no damned use! :no-no:

Depending on how many, you can do this with “stock” programs that come with Windows (Paint) or Mac OS (Preview). Just open the JPEG, save as BMP.

If you need to do that many, you can batch it with PaintShipPro, Debabilizer or any number of programs. Here is a short list, googling “batch image converter” will find more. Good luck!

Thanks guys. I went with Faststone. Simple. Jobs a good un. I’m trying to get a research project off the ground and aside from having 12 blooming counter balanced conditions I have 110 images that need to all be the sma esize, all as bmp and all as both colour and black and white versions. LOSING THE PLOT!
