Actually you don’t need to talk about food … just cook it and eat it 
Bu Lai En argued strongest for it, and did all the heavy lifting (finding over 250 threads to seed the forum!)

One challenge that we have here in Taiwan is obtaining ingredients. Hopefully, this new food forum will provide us with great recipes or adapted recipes with ingredients that are relatively easy to get.
As long there are no 50 recepies for Spaghetti posted , I am fine. Pictures and descriptions of the food (special vegetables) would be a great help.
Never eat with your mouth open… except when it is too hot.
Sometimes a punk or even a pop song can say so much that is relevant to your life( and the food forum).

Easily the best idea for a forum here. It’s about frickin’ time there was an English-language, real-time web conduit to real, live Chinese cuisine (chicken bones, taro root, and all).
Mark my words, this forum could be like the ayatollah of rock’n rolla for forumosa.com; GE and AVD may well retire on its USA revenues alone (if they ever get this gold mine figured out, that is. And I ain’t exactly keeping any digits, anywhere, crossed).
