“The Copa America tournament is a soccer event arising from the alliance of representatives from different Latin American countries. Aspiring to have a larger impact on Taiwanese society, from this year onwards Copa America will not only be limited to sports but also will promote a Latin Food Festival, to be held on the 14th and 28th of May 2016, in which the cultural and ethnic diversity of this region would be appreciated through our culinary delicacies. We hope our heritage can be recognized all over the world, and what a better place than Taiwan to start such an exciting adventure!”
