I’m looking for something like this;
Simple, easy, and can be found in most office/furniture stores in Western countries.
However, my wife and I have been to quiet a few furniture stores in Taiwan and spent a few hours looking at their catalogues, even went to the furniture expo last month, and the closest thing we can find is something like this;
As you can see, there’s quite a discrepancy there…
So, I does anyone have any idea where I can find a nicely sized corner desk in Taiwan?
I searched this forum, but nothing came up surprisingly.
I’ve looked on Yahoo, but their range is basically the same as the furniture stores.
Several furniture store 老班‘s have told me that this style is impossible to get in Taiwan. I guess not enough people here work from home…
Apparently custom making will cost between $20000 - $80000. Every place gave me a different figure :loco:
In other words, they either don’t know themselves, or they’re trying to shaft me lol
Ikea office desk is what you need… really… Big and a fair bit cheaper than what you were quoted above. I have 3 of them in my office. All corner desks.
