Eh not funny. That is what happens in cold weather. Blood vessels constrict and the possibility of strokes and heart attacks is higher. They have known this for years and have been telling us heart patients/people with high blood pressure/elderly to wear warm clothing/avoid sudden drops in temperature. It is not a cover COVID thing.
