are those tests in Taichung PCR test ? Is it possible to go there even if the test is for a flight or only for those with symptoms ? Sorry, but I don’t read chinese.

I don’t think so. If it is the same with Taipei’s screening test, you should do 14 day self health monitoring, and you maybe aren’t given a negative certificate to provide to airlines.
