Taiwan can’t do anything. COVID’s gonna COVID, same as it has done for the last three (four?) years. Of course the CECC will pretend that they’re doing something in order to justify their ongoing existence, and I suspect that will involve some kind of restrictions on our freedoms again. I really hope this time Taiwanese people figure out that it’s all just an enormous scam and tell them to go fck themselves, but not very hopeful.
