And you do all realize that most of the time, someone who studied English very hard as a second language is MUCH more capable in terms of vocabulary, grammar, etc., than is a native speaker?

What exactly does this mean? MUCH more capable…at labeling sentences? Identifying parts of speech? Contrary to popular belief, most native speakers don’t need to be able to label some part of a sentence before they know how to use it. I have never met a non-native speaker in Taiwan that is MUCH more capable in SPEAKING English than a native speaker.
