I apologise in advance if this has been done before, but searches revealed nothing in detail.

I’ll be getting married in September and want to know if the court we have to go to is specific to where my fiancee’s household registration is or can it be any court house in the country and where are these courts?

Also does anyone know how early you can book your marriage eg can i book it now for September or do we have to wait until 3 months before?

I believe there’s no relation to you or your spouse’s residence. My wife’s family is from Chiayi, we were living in SongShan Dist, and we got married at the Shihlin courthouse. Have a good one.
