Has anyone gotten one of these during Covid? I’m hoping to start a degree program in Spring 2021 and my understanding is that after getting a resident visa from TECO your university will process the entry permit thru the MOE. How long did it take?
There was a ban on issuing new student permits that went into effect in January 2020. Happily this ban has apparently just been lifted:
I am not quite sure, but it seems that this change pertains to degree seeking students only. If other forumosans have more details, I’d love to hear them.
