One of my friends makes jewelry, and she’s looking for little shiny rocks. I know where to find those really big sparkly geodes mounted on a platform that serve as decor in grandma’s house. But she’s looking for bead-sized ones, and the smallish ones that kooks use for “crystal healing” and their “chakras” and shit. Like the roughly faceted ones shaped like obelisks and raw quartz chunks and other stuff of that nature.
I actually happened across one store the other day but the selection was pretty small. It was a pretty weird little shop, looked like they had a room for hoodoo in the back. Anyway, I imagine if there’s one, there’s got to be more. Anybody know?
I remember seeing a shop somewhere on Mingchuan W Rd selling all kinds of stuff made out of crystals. Maybe they have small geodes. They sold a lot of crystal dildos though.
No, I mean it looks like a man’s ding dong, not Washington Monument or anything “clean”. That store had so many of dildos of various sizes… all made out of crystal. Not the really clear stuff but the natural stuff.
There are a number of shops in the underground mall behind Taipei Station, and the fashion market area in the streets around there is a good place to nose around as well.
