One more plea bargain…
I wonder if all the biz people on the island will get bargains (as in nothing happening to them) if they testify that they bribed CSB. Of course, they will testify also that money given to the KMT (normally the double of what the DPP got) was always for political contributions, and money for the DPP was always for bribing.
