I guess I could do a search, but what are the prices like at Cafe India?

I seem to remember curries ranged from NT$300 to about NT$400, then add in rice, naan or whatever - last time I went the bill was around NT$800 a person, including a few Kingfisher beers.
Can I bring along one more person?

Yep, we’re all set. We’ve got one long table, apparently.
And we’re down to 15, now - the two non-Forumosans and my +1 have bailed. If anyone else spots this last-minute and wants to show up - go for it!

It was a good time and nice to meet all you people and savour Cafe India’s delights. I still haven’t had enough curry in my life quite yet.

If enough people are up for it, absolutely. While wandering to the pub for a post-curry pint Rotalsnart suggested Aaleja on Yanji St as neither he nor I have been before (and have heard good things) - fee seemed to agree with that one. So, pre-Christmas curry, anyone?

Indeed it was an excellent evening. The curries and breads were very tasty and the Kingfisher beer was very drinkable 
. I was up for post curry beers but apparently I’d already reached my 4 beer ration for the month… 
Maybe next time I’ll get to stay out late
I’d met most of ya’ll before with fee, Paddy Joe, and Taffy’s mate being the exceptions. Twas good good to see you all.
The GF thoroughly enjoyed herself. The food, the company and spending time with Mrs Funk and Paddy Joe’s friend (gf?).
Taffy, a pre-Christmas ruby would be great.

It was a fun night, and I’m glad I got the chance to meet some of the people behind the avatars (ratpeople, Roach, Funk500, Taffy, . . .)
