Thanks to Shanghai Sky for posting this. I’ll just add a few more details. He has some dermatitis (probably from fleas), but otherwise he seems well nourished and healthy. He is also wearing a collar. I guess he either got lost or abandoned by his owner. If you can offer a home for him just send me a PM.
