I’m doing a Daily PhotoTip 365 project in 2010. This pic is from day 7 about leading lines.
I usually refrain from commenting about your pics, coz you are a pro (biased, yes) but this is beautiful.
Thanks divea, much appreciated.

That’s in Kinmen.
Soaba Stone Pillars - ancient standing stones.
These standing stones are believed to be at least 3000 years old, and are thought to be from the Beinan culture, as similar standing stones have been discovered on sites of Beinan settlements.
The Soaba pillars are located in Hualien county, not far from the border of Taitung in the East Rift Valley.
By the way girls that’s me on the right.
You should have your head examined…
I should have more than that examined. I could be a freak of nature.

Nice shots there, Fox!
especially the moss.
Thanks dragonbones and divea.
some I took last night
Battery9, I just love everyday domestic things caught in photographs, like washing machines and locks. Mundane things often make the most interesting pictures.
I took this picture on Sunday morning, at about 10am. This is a picture of Jade Mountain and the surrounding peaks. The amazing thing is that I took this picture from near Shan Hua, which is in Tainan County. As the crow might fly, it is about 40 miles from where I was standing to the peak.
Those of us who know Tainan county will know that is is difficult to see much further than a couple of miles, even on a relatively clear day because of dust, pollution and water vapour in the air: this can be said for most of the west coast.
A very rare event indeed. Most of the locals told me they’d only seen Jade from where they live a couple of times, and never this clearly.
By 12:30, I couldn’t see the low-lying hills in the foreground.
wow that’s a crispy shot…colllllld and clear:)
Nice photos Battery 9. That’s the first time I’ve seen Jade Mountain.
Pictures taken last week on HeHuan mountain of the snow. As far as I know, the snow is still there.
