It’s winter … too wet and windy outside to do some bug photography … and tried to make some nice money macro shots … played with PS a bit and turned the pics into somewhat artsy pics

Itb was a small car workshop which looked like it specialised in mini coopers. There was an Austin something or other recently imported from the UK outside the shop, which was over 25 years old.
Although the workshop was small, the high-rise apartment blocks surrounding the workshop caught fire.
It was pretty close to McDonalds. Infact, at the small bridge where you filmed that short movie were fire engines. The whole place was crawling with them.
No, not any more. I was just passing through on the way to somewhere else and happened upon the fire.

Mine aren’t as good or as arty as yours (all beautiful pics btw), but here are a few shots of Taidong from a recent weekend trip.
A garden in an Aboriginal theme village.
Two others of a very picturesque port in Taidong. This part of the coast reminds me of False Bay in South Africa. Wouldn’t mind retiring here…
All my photo’s are taken with a little Olympus u300. I have plans to buy a better camera, but I think I need to improve my photographic skills a little more before I lay out that kind of cash.
