Dark chocolate and your health

Dark chocolate is great for my migraines. And it’s notjust me apparently. According to Wikipedia, many migraine sufferers report that coffee and chocolate help (I find chocolate a bit better than coffee).

I have frequent and nasty migraines. NSAIDs (anti-inflammatories) usually (but not always) take care of the worst of the syptoms, but still leave me feeling pretty shit. Dark chocolate doesn’t exactly whipe out the symptoms, but makes me feel a lot better about them.

There’s a fairly new German chocolate in the 7-11. A long skinny bar. The dark one is very good, but a little dear at 50NT.
