In Taiwan, are a husband and wife held legally responsible for one another’s debts incurred before their marriage?

For instance, if Annie goes into debt, then marries Daddy Warbucks, could her creditors come after Daddy Warbucks? (If so, would it matter if they signed a pre-nup?)

And, how about a post nup?

Can a marital relationship be legally redefined to have mutually exclusive financial relations? for example in the case of a compulsive gambler?
