Deep Post-Construction Cleaning

Fine dust from construction can be a pretty big health hazard (especially for babies). Has anyone hired a professional cleaning service for post-construction/post-remodel cleanup?

Since we have a newborn with us and won’t have much time to “gas off” all the chemical stuff before moving in, we want to try to eliminate any other toxin exposure as much as possible.
Basically looking for a thorough professional service that cleans the fine dust, dry-wall dust, silica dust, etc. with proper equipment, and knows what they are doing.

Do such services exist in Taiwan, and if so, what are they called? Has anyone hired one before? What were the experiences?

I wish you good luck in your search. After we finished building our house we just used a basic cleaning service which cleaned up post construction. We were just too lazy to try to find especially since we were in Hualien. The company we used did not utilize the methods and tools you are looking for a thorough cleaning job.

Find an air bnb or similar and stay in it for a week or so, leave windows open in the new place to air it out before a deep clean. Don’t expose a newborn to that.
