Default font in Microsoft Input Method Editor (IME)

I use Microsoft Input Method Editor (IME) to type Chinese, and the default font is called “PMingLiU”. Whenever I use that font, all of the characters look very crowded together, so I prefer to use MS Mincho. But everytime I switch from English to Chinese, it automatically changes the font to PMingLiU, and it’s really a nuisance to have to keep changing the font from PMingLiU back to MS Mincho. So my question is: How do I make the default font be MS Mincho instead of PMingLiU?

Also, I’m curious what other fonts people like to use, other than PMingLiU, MS Mincho, and MS Gothic.
