DHL is useless

BTW both DHL and UPS offer web shipping, that means you can pay for the shipment in advance by credit card or account, arrange a collection online and then have the sender print out a barcode for the driver to scan. That way no waybills can get ‘lost’ and you are 100% clear about whether the item has been picked up or not.

Next time try EMS. They have global presence, on-line tracking system, and very low cost (about 50% cheaper than other courier services). See link: post.gov.tw/post/internet/u_ … al_f_6.jsp

However, they rely on local post offices for the last mile delivery; and they normally do not provide pickup service. Anyway, the sender will need to go to the local post office accompanied with a commercial invoice plus a filled delivery bill, then all will be taken care of.

Tragedy in Lithuania, as a DHL freighter (operated by Swiss Air) has crashed outside the Vilnius Airport. Foul play?

I read one dead, three injured, nobody on the ground hurt. It seems quite lucky, as plane crashes go…

Based on the footage in the video, that was quite the explosion. Yikes!

DHL is by far the best courier. In 3+ years of importing stock in and exporting in international orders. They have never lost a single package.

It’s definitely pricy though. But their customer service is also excellent compared to any other international couriers.
