Din Tai Fung Breach of Labour Law in Australia

I know dozens of people working illegally in Australia. It’s more widespread than most think and is in no way limited tot his one company. If anything they may be under more scrutiny because of stereotypes.

Illegal labor? Australia. Never!

Always nice to see it cracked down on. But it’s still a huge issue and seems somewhat selective, or at least random. Can’t imagine how much of the labor industry there is above board…

Outside of hospitality it’s pretty much all above board.

It’s a huge problem in the hospitality industry though where I would be surprised if the majority is above board.
Even those that appear above board aren’t. McDonald’s has a court case against it for its labour practices and it’s EBA was tossed.
