The only restaurants that are not on google maps are usually vendors. Vendor style xiao long bao usually has the thicker skin, which as a style is just inferior by default.
Disagree. Many brick and mortar don’t do the modern social media thing. It’s more an age thing than an in vs out type thing in my opinion. Either way, they all have an address and phone number. I will take note going forward and share ![]()

I like DTF. Food is good, I get there are specific places that do the dishes they offer better, but as a whole. it’s a good experience.

They don’t normally use social media, force qr codes or have franchises all over. Like burger shops, so many that are better than the fast food chains. I will take note going forward and get pics
