First of all, it is about a Canadian man with a PRC woman now living in Taiwan.
My wife and I married got married in HK and have lived in HK and Shanghai for a while before moving to Taipei a few years ago. Now it seems that my wife is looking to divorce me although I had done nothing bad to her (at least based on the ground for divorce)
My question is about division of assets. I have assets in Taiwan, HK and Shanghai. If we were granted a divorce, will that be limited to assets in Taiwan or would it extend to HK and Shanghai? Can she pursue my assets in China since she is a Mainland national?
